Use Bluebikes to travel across Arlington, Boston, Brookline, Cambridge, Chelsea, Everett, Newton, Revere, Salem, Somerville, and Watertown on publically shared bikes. Bikes can be returned to any of the hundreds of stations across the network including the 14 supported by Harvard.

Harvard University Discounted Annual Membership

Harvard affiliates are eligible for a discounted Bluebikes Annual Membership for only $98 ($31 off the regular price!)

Register for or renew your membership:

• Go to bluebikes.com and log in or join with your personal phone number and email address (if you already have a Lyft or Bluebikes account, log in using that account).
• Under ‘Membership’, click ‘View details’. Then, click ‘Enter promo code’. 
• Enter your promo code HARVARD in the pop‑up and click ‘Submit’. 
• If you’re asked to verify your email, follow the redirect to enter your work email address and click ‘Verify’. An email will be sent to complete verification. 
• Once verified, you can finish signing up with your discounted rate. 

When you join Bluebikes will send a bike key to your home address. You can also unlock bikes using the Bluebikes app.
