To schedule an event, a request must be in writing and sent to: event_parking@harvard.edu.
Once the following information is received, the Parking office will contact you.
The following information must be provided in order to process your request:
- Name of the event and keyword attendees will use to gain access to the event's parking.
- Your guests will need to provide the keyword to the Parking Service Monitor at the designated parking venue.
- Location of the event
- Day and date
- Approximately how many vehicles
- Time of event
- Please include one hour before the start of the event, and one hour after the end of the event.
- Desired parking location
- First and second preferences
- Contact information:
- Name
- Address
- Phone number (day and evening)
- Fax number
