Scheduling Event Parking

To schedule an event, a request must be in writing and sent to: event_parking@harvard.edu.

Once the following information is received, the Parking office will contact you.

The following information must be provided in order to process your request:

  1. Name of the event and keyword attendees will use to gain access to the event's parking.
  • Your guests will need to provide the keyword to the Parking Service Monitor at the designated parking venue.
  1. Location of the event
  2. Day and date
  3. Approximately how many vehicles
  4. Time of event
    • Please include one hour before the start of the event, and one hour after the end of the event.
  5. Desired parking location
    • First and second preferences
  6. Contact information:
    • Name
    • Address
    • Phone number (day and evening)
    • Fax number
    • E-mail
